Meecha Oishi's mission is to bring Japanese soul food to your doorstep and transport you to downtown Tokyo. Chef Hiro Takeda, the founder and owner of Meecha Oishi, trained under many teachers in the Tokyo's elite sushi academies prefecture before moving to the India.
Chef Hiro Takeda, born in Osaka, brings more than 15 years of Japanese culinary mastery to Meecha Oishi. Trained in Tokyo's elite sushi academies, he specializes in Edomae sushi, sashimi precision, dashi preparation, and the Japanese “Shun” (seasonal) philosophy.
His journey includes working at award-winning sushi bars in Shibuya, ramen kitchens in Kyoto, and premium Omakase counters in Ginza.
